About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Receptionists and Night Receptionists to join the front‑desk team at Sol Oasis Marrakech, a boutique hotel in the heart of Marrakech. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage reservations, check‑in and check‑out processes using the hotel’s front‑desk system.
Answer telephone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements promptly.
Maintain accurate records and ensure the front‑desk area is tidy and organized.
Perform night‑shift duties such as monitoring security systems and preparing daily reports (for Night Receptionist).

Required profile

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Motivated and professional demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
Experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
