Recruitment Expert (m/f/d)

About the role

SEBN Morocco is looking for a Recruitment Expert for its HR department at the Salé site. The role develops and maintains recruitment standards, methods and tools, supports plant teams in sourcing and hiring, and helps solve recruitment bottlenecks and capacity gaps. Applications must be submitted in English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recruitment standards, methodologies and tools
• Support Plant Team Leaders in turning human capital requirements into effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Provide expertise for critical, difficult-to-fill and strategic positions
• Develop and optimise candidate-sourcing channels and pipelines
• Improve selection, assessment and candidate conversion methodologies
• Analyse recruitment performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Support employer branding and partnerships with schools, agencies and institutions
• Share best practices and support digitalisation of recruitment processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR within a globally operating manufacturing environment, ideally in the wiring-harness or automotive supplier industry
• Experience managing difficult-to-fill, technical or strategic positions
• Fluent French and Arabic, very good English

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, candidate assessment techniques and selection processes
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems
• Data analysis, stakeholder management and presentation skills
