Recruitment Team Leader - Admin & Onboarding

About the role

Lead a small team within Talent Acquisition Onboarding Services, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires. The role involves managing end‑to‑end onboarding activities, coaching analysts, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Onboarding Analysts.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding process, meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
• Delegate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery.
• Track onboarding activities and metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and employee data across HR systems.
• Manage onboarding documentation and verify completeness of pre‑employment requirements.
• Support data extraction, reporting, and analysis for onboarding operations.
• Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency and compliance solutions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Hiring Managers, and business leaders.
• Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices.
• Support strategic onboarding initiatives and innovation.

Required profile

• Current regular and active team member of TELUS Digital Morocco.
• No active disciplinary sanctions at the time of application.
• Minimum six months continuous tenure in the current role for lateral movement.
