About the role
Glovo is seeking a strong leader to head its North region in Morocco, overseeing a portfolio of ten cities including Rabat and Tangier. You will drive partner performance, sales growth, and operational excellence across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for managing existing partners and city operations, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Regions and functional heads to define and execute sales, growth, and operational strategies.
- Build, coach, and inspire an account‑management team, fostering their professional development.
- Continuously improve service quality by staying informed on market trends and operational best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed reporting models to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure proactive communication with partners, conducting regular meetings and business reviews.
- Negotiate and close high‑impact deals with major chains and smaller partners.
- Model Glovo’s values, setting high standards for the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in consulting, business development, start‑ups, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging KPIs and delivering projects.
- Strong understanding of business P&L drivers and ability to influence them.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel several days per month across the assigned cities.
- Owner mindset with a solution‑oriented approach.
- Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
