Remote Bilingual Customer Support – French & English (Music Streaming)

About the role

Join a leading music streaming platform as a remote Customer Support Representative, handling inbound messaging in both French and English. You will be the first point of contact, assisting users with account, billing, technical, and platform‑related questions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5‑6 simultaneous chat conversations while maintaining accuracy.
• Research and apply detailed workflows and knowledge‑base articles to resolve issues.
• Switch quickly between multiple internal systems and tools.
• Balance speed, quality, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adapt to evolving policies and procedures as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑volume inbound messaging customer support.
• Demonstrated ability to handle at least 4‑6 concurrent chats (5+ is a strong plus).
• Quick learner of new systems and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking.
• Calm, organized, and professional communication in both French and English.
• Passion for music and delivering personalized customer experiences.
