Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers in both languages, turning inquiries into positive experiences and helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems or order concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights from customers to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
