Remote Prompt Writer – AI Training (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking creative writers to shape the way advanced AI systems think and respond. As a Prompt Writer, you will design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test and improve AI reasoning, creativity, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Craft original, diverse prompts across many topics, formats, and difficulty levels.
• Design scenarios that evaluate AI factual accuracy, creativity, and safety.
• Follow style guides and prompt‑writing frameworks to ensure consistency.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Work independently on an asynchronous schedule, delivering 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills and a love of language.
• Curious mindset with the ability to think laterally and ask tough questions.
• Detail‑oriented, able to follow structured guidelines while adding personal voice.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working remotely.
