Reservation Agent

About the role

Park Hyatt Marrakech is seeking a dedicated Reservation Agent to join its Reservations team. The role is pivotal in delivering a seamless booking experience for guests, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and the high standards expected of a luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual and group reservation requests received via telephone, email, and booking platforms.
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, facilities, and services.
• Enter and update reservations correctly in the property management system.
• Assist guests with modifications, cancellations, and special requests while upholding Hyatt service standards.
• Maximize room revenue through upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Monitor inventory, availability, and booking trends in collaboration with Revenue and Front Office teams.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth arrivals and exceptional experiences.
• Contribute to departmental goals related to guest satisfaction, productivity, and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, or a related hospitality role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of revenue management and hotel operations is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and property management systems (preferred).
