Resort Representative – Guest Services & Sales

About the role

The Resort Representative is the main point of contact for guests staying at partner hotels in Agadir. You will ensure a high level of customer service, provide accurate information about the resort and local attractions, and promote excursions and activities to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, introduce resort procedures and company services.
• Conduct welcome meetings and briefings according to company standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
• Promote and sell excursions, activities and other services, meeting daily/weekly sales targets.
• Record bookings and payments accurately, and follow up on reservations.
• Prepare daily sales, guest‑feedback and incident reports.
• Visit assigned hotels daily, maintain a visible presence and ensure promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
• Assist with airport operations such as arrivals, departures and transfers when required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to promote and sell tourism‑related products and meet sales targets.
• Proactive problem‑solver capable of handling guest complaints efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and building relationships with hotel partners.
