About the role

The company, a global leader in industrial packaging and manufacturing solutions, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resources activities at its Casablanca plant. Reporting to the Plant Leadership Team and working closely with Division HR, you will be responsible for the full employee life‑cycle in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop and execute talent strategies, workforce planning, retention and succession initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee and labor relations, maintaining strong ties with employee representatives and ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor law.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for professional, managerial and blue‑collar roles, collaborating with department heads.
• Oversee performance management, employee development, investigations, disciplinary actions and exit processes.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and guarantee adherence to internal policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in an industrial or manufacturing plant.
• Deep knowledge of labor relations, union dynamics and local labor legislation.
• Successful track record recruiting and managing both white‑collar professionals and blue‑collar plant staff.
• Fluent in English (business level) and native or fluent French and Arabic; Italian is a plus.
