Restaurant Supervisor (Full-time)

About the role

The Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team, ensure seamless service, and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal guest service and monitor dining room flow.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall appearance, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, equipment cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Maintain organized storage areas, enforce FIFO practices, and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct regular inventories, stock requisitions, and manage supply levels.
• Oversee seating availability, safety, and guest well‑being throughout service.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and report any safety concerns.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
