About the role
The R&I Product Technical Leader drives innovation by leading brainstorming sessions, developing proofs of concept, and ensuring smooth transfer of research projects to business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical input to R&I projects and develop mock‑ups from concept to realization.
- Define experimental protocols, identify optimisation opportunities, and manage internal and external contributors.
- Write innovation documentation, perform Freedom‑to‑Operate analysis, and monitor technologies and benchmarks.
- Contribute to road‑mapping, participate in expert events, and analyse competitors' products and patents.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve blocking issues in innovation.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Ability to synthesize state‑of‑the‑art knowledge and produce technical guidance.
Required skills
- Proof‑of‑concept development and mock‑up creation.
- Freedom‑to‑Operate (FTO) analysis.
- Multi‑criteria decision analysis.
