About the role

As a Room Service Order Taker/Cashier at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests requesting in‑room dining. Your friendly voice and attention to detail help create memorable stays by ensuring orders are taken accurately and delivered promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer the Room Service telephone promptly and courteously.
• Capture food and beverage orders and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system without errors.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Upsell sides, desserts, drinks and special promotions to enhance the guest experience.
• Process payments accurately, reconcile checks, verify totals and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.
• Consistently deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for opportunities to make each guest’s stay special.
