Key responsibilities

• Answer room service telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Capture food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point‑of‑sale system.
• Master the menu, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Upsell sides, desserts, drinks, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
• Process payments, reconcile checks, verify totals, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.
• Maintain a friendly, proactive approach to delight guests at every interaction.
