RPA Automation Developer

About the role

We are seeking an RPA Automation Developer for our Casablanca office to design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge intelligent automation solutions. The role will bridge traditional RPA with cloud‑native workflows and AI to enhance operational efficiency across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy robust bots to automate repetitive and complex business tasks.
• Build cloud‑native workflows that connect desktop actions with cloud applications and APIs.
• Integrate automation solutions with ERP, CRM, and third‑party systems using API tools.
• Implement AI and machine‑learning models to process unstructured data from documents.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production bots to ensure continuous operation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in technical automation development, digital transformation, or business technology roles.
