Sales Consultant – Foreign Exchange – Casablanca

About the role

BMCE Capital Markets is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to strengthen its client relationships and drive revenue in the foreign‑exchange segment. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate market opportunities while supporting the firm’s commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the commercial strategy by prospecting new clients and deepening existing relationships through visits, workshops, and sales‑team collaboration.
• Advise clients on foreign‑exchange products, manage transaction enquiries, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Track and report on revenue and volume targets, providing regular performance updates.
• Prepare client‑facing and internal presentation materials while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of financial markets and foreign‑exchange products.
• Proven sales, negotiation and client‑advisory abilities with a strong sense of regulatory discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience at a mid‑level in a similar commercial or financial environment.
