Sales Development Representative – B2B Cold Calling for UAE & Saudi Market

About the role

division50 is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to lead high‑volume B2B cold‑calling campaigns targeting companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will identify decision‑makers, qualify prospects and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Identify and connect with HR, Administration, Facilities and Operations leaders.
• Qualify prospects based on company profile, workforce size, processes and pain points.
• Conduct discovery conversations, handle objections and book qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and call notes in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, qualifications and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B cold calling, SDR or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience targeting the UAE and/or Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers and handling rejection.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.
