Sales Development Representative

About the role

MH, a global enterprise founded in 1999 specializing in garment materials, fabrics and accessories, is looking for a Sales Development Representative. The role builds the link between the company and its customers and helps grow the brand. The position is advertised in Morocco, with the contact person based in Ningbo, China.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-potential target customers through proactive prospecting, visit them regularly to build strategic partnerships and drive order conversion to meet sales targets.
• Carry out regular product research and introduce new items to customers, finding new moving products and collecting target prices so Chinese colleagues can collect new orders.
• Prompt customers to make payments and arrange new orders.
• Gather information on customs policy, customs agents and local logistics.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Chinese colleagues.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate; 1 year of B2B sales experience is preferred (including internships).
• Bachelor's degree in a sales-related major such as business management, economics or marketing.
• English at B2+ level.
• Knowledge of the sales process and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and e-mail.

What we offer

• Basic salary of 4,500 to 5,000 MAD.
• Communication allowance of 100 MAD.
• Performance salary.
• Monthly bonus of 2500 to 500 USD per new customer order.
