Sales Development Representative (Remote BDR)

About the role

Huzzle connects professionals with global companies in the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia, including startups, digital agencies and tech platforms in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech and EdTech. It is looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong cold-calling skills to join a fast-paced outbound sales team. You will make many cold calls, engage decision-makers, qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team. The position is full-time and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects in various industries
• Follow proven scripts while personalising conversations to engage leads
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
• Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimise outreach strategies
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets for call volume, conversions and meetings booked
• Test scripts, subject lines and cadences continuously to improve conversion

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (B2B preferred)
• Stable internet connection and a professional home setup
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills in English
• Results-driven, coachable and highly organised

• CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
