Sales Operations Associate – Italian Speaker

About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Associate who is fluent in Italian to join its Casablanca team. In this role you will support the sales organization by ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system and handling vendor‑related order issues.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of reports and documentation.
- Manage vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
Required profile
- Fluent Italian (C1 level) with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.
