Sales Promoter – Cosmetic Products

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Promoter to join our team in Rabat. You will be responsible for showcasing and selling a range of beauty and cosmetic products while delivering excellent service to shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Create attractive product displays and keep the sales area tidy.
• Provide personalized skincare and makeup recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking.
• Collect customer feedback and report it to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Passion for cosmetics and skincare with solid product knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Goal‑oriented with a record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty‑related certifications are advantageous.
