Salesforce Functional Analyst – CPQ

About the role

The Salesforce Functional Analyst (CPQ) will collaborate with product owners, the Salesforce lead and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design native Salesforce solutions, write detailed user stories and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration – partners with Product Owner, Salesforce Lead and Business Owners to align priorities, scope and roadmap.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis – facilitates workshops, interviews and walkthroughs to uncover real business needs and validates feasibility within Salesforce.
• Writing User Stories – translates requirements into well‑structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria and helps prioritize the backlog.
• Solution Design – proposes Salesforce‑native configurations, evaluates trade‑offs and flags technical risks.
• Documentation – delivers ready‑to‑develop user stories and maintains up‑to‑date As‑Is and To‑Be process documentation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, flows, data model and AppExchange ecosystem.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; CPQ expertise is highly valued.
• Analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
