SAP EWM Project Manager – S/4HANA (Life Sciences, Remote)

About the role

We are supporting a leading Life Sciences organisation undergoing a major S/4HANA transformation. The role leads the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) workstream, ensuring delivery within a regulated, CSV‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the SAP EWM workstream across a global S/4HANA programme.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams covering SAP EWM, Inventory Management (IM) and integrated supply‑chain processes.
• Manage project planning, milestones, risks, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements for Life Sciences.
• Oversee design, build, testing and deployment phases for warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with technical, functional and business stakeholders to achieve a successful go‑live.
• Support integration with other SAP modules and third‑party logistics systems as needed.

Required profile

• Strong experience as an SAP EWM Project Manager or EWM Lead on large‑scale programmes.
• Proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Previous exposure to Life Sciences, Pharma or other regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of CSV principles and validation documentation.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups in global settings.
