About the role

LM Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals to contact Canadian business owners on behalf of a financial services partner. The role involves outreach, needs identification, and relationship building through professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential Canadian clients.
• Identify client needs and present suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and record interactions.
• Achieve sales targets in a results‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2) with a clear, confident speaking style.
• Must reside in Casablanca or be willing to relocate.
• Strong relationship‑building, persuasion and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Telephone sales or call‑center experience (advantageous).
• Ability to work under targets and meet performance metrics.
