Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Infrastructure Project Manager at MERCURE IT is a full‑time, on‑site position in Casablanca. You will lead end‑to‑end infrastructure initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of complex IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Produce status reports, allocate resources and oversee vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security and technical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Strong background in delivering complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in project and program management, including budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work on‑site with cross‑functional teams.
