Senior Manager, Global Change

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Change to lead the design and deployment of transformation initiatives across its worldwide network. You will work within the Transformation Development team, partnering with project leads, regional managers and external consultants to embed new ways of working in country offices and member entities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse change impact on people, processes, data, technology, policy, governance and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain change artefacts such as stakeholder matrices, communication plans and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to align change activities with broader transformation programmes.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring consistent messaging and smooth implementation.
• Monitor progress against change plans and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing large‑scale change programmes, preferably in a global or multi‑site environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly across different projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
