Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst

About the role

The Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst acts as the key bridge between business teams, technology groups, vendors and other stakeholders, translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions. Working in a complex, international environment, the role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive solutions from requirement gathering through to operational hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted Salesforce functional expert, building and maintaining relationships across business, IT, product owners, project managers and external vendors.
• Analyse, challenge and document business requirements, then design functional and technical Salesforce solutions that respect technical constraints and T&DS standards.
• Lead functional activities throughout the application lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, release management and transition to operations.
• Coordinate integration and non‑regression testing, support UAT execution and ensure applications meet security, operational and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of experience in functional analysis, business analysis, CRM or related roles, preferably in large, international organisations.
• Significant hands‑on experience with Salesforce platforms and a proven track record of managing multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with external vendors and distributed teams across multiple countries.
