SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and optimize advertising spend to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists, and optimize on‑page elements (meta tags, content, landing pages).
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Design, launch, and continuously optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Develop link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Monitor competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
