About the role

Join the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort as a Spa Attendant, providing warm hospitality and seamless service to spa guests. You will be the first point of contact, guiding visitors through the spa facilities and ensuring a comfortable, relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows.
• Answer questions about property information and amenities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Monitor and update the daily schedule on the computer.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly.
• Secure supplies and equipment at shift end.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
• Anticipate guest needs, express genuine appreciation, and communicate clearly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to lift or carry objects up to 10 lb and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
