Spa Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Amanjena resort team as a Spa Therapist, delivering premium beauty and wellness treatments to discerning guests in an ultra‑luxury environment. You will enhance the guest experience through personalized facials, massages, body wraps, and other aesthetic services while promoting the spa’s premium product range.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate a‑la‑carte treatments.
• Perform a variety of spa services including facials, massages, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, hair removal, and body wraps.
• Advise guests on aesthetic products and upsell services that match their preferences.
• Maintain treatment rooms, linens, and equipment to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
• Record treatment details, provide feedback to reception, and follow opening/closing checklists.
• Comply with spa protocols, hotel regulations, and the SPA Manager’s schedules.

Required profile

• Certification in therapeutic and aesthetic treatments.
• 1–3 years of experience as a spa therapist, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
