Sub System Technical Manager

About the role

Stellantis is seeking an experienced Subsystem Technical Manager to lead the technical coordination and integration of a vehicle subsystem within a program. The role involves overseeing development, validation, industrialization, and maintenance of subsystems while ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical coordination and integration of the assigned subsystem, guaranteeing alignment with program goals.
• Ensure complete development, validation, industrialization, and maintenance of relevant subsystems/modules.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with performance requirements.
• Serve as the single point of contact for vehicle engineering leaders and represent the subsystem at vehicle forums and assembly plants.

Required profile

• Engineering background with strong expertise in automotive systems engineering and project management.
• At least 10 years of experience in vehicle engineering, subsystem development, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
