Supervisor Shipping & Receiving

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Supervisor for Shipping & Receiving to lead warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and delivery of goods. You will manage staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities, including scheduling and productivity reporting.
• Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Verify orders, invoices, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy and maintain related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct daily inspections.
• Lead inventory management and oversee equipment and fleet operations.
• Communicate with internal departments and external customers to guarantee on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to demonstrate TE Connectivity’s core values and act ethically.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with warehouse management software.
