Talent Acquisition Agent – HR Support

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Agent will support the HR leadership team in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee record processes for Marriott International in Rabat. This full‑time position ensures compliance with local regulations and company policies while delivering a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist managers and supervisors with hiring processes, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
• Conduct drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security verifications.
• Maintain applicant flow logs, orientation records, and transfer request documentation.
• Create and manage new‑hire and personnel files in the Human Resources Information System.
• Support new‑employee orientation and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records, including I‑9 forms.
• Assist with payroll record processing as needed and generate HR data reports.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and draft office correspondence.
• Serve as an HR subject‑matter expert on project teams and train new hires on HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related HR or recruitment experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.
