Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead integration and digital transformation projects from kickoff to completion. You will manage timelines, coordinate engineering teams and clients, and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close integration and automation projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including integration engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively.
• Maintain detailed project documentation such as SOWs, status reports, and change orders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or consulting.
• Demonstrated experience managing integration, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
