Technical Support Consultant – 4‑Month Remote Contract

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a proactive Technical Support Consultant to join its global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service team on a short‑term basis. You will work fully remotely, providing expert assistance to customers across multiple languages and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers step‑by‑step through solutions.
• Identify whether an issue relates to hardware, app, connectivity, setup, or user configuration.
• Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems and follow established troubleshooting procedures.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, patient, and professional customer experience while managing multiple conversations.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical customer support role.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Critical thinking, practical analytical approach, and good common sense.
• Personal computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
