Technical Sales Representative (Web Hosting)

About the role

Nindohost is looking for a Technical Sales Representative in Tangier, Morocco, to sell web hosting, domain names and professional email services. The role combines sales with client relationship management and technical understanding, on a permanent full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and grow the portfolio in web hosting, domain names and professional email services
• Build lasting client relationships by identifying their needs and proposing tailored solutions
• Prepare and present commercial offers and technical proposals with the technical and marketing teams
• Follow up regularly with clients and prospects, keeping them informed about new products and promotions
• Take part in trade shows, conferences and events to promote the company and expand the network
• Analyse sales performance and propose strategies to reach and exceed targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in commerce, marketing, computer science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in web hosting or IT services
• Good knowledge of the web hosting and domain name market
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with proven prospecting and client management experience
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply, and excellent written and spoken French and English
• Team player who can work under pressure and adapt quickly to market changes
