Technicien Polyvalent

About the role

Park Hyatt Marrakech is seeking a dedicated Technicien Polyvalent to join its Engineering team. The role ensures that all hotel facilities, equipment, and installations are maintained to the highest standards of safety, comfort, and luxury for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all hotel facilities, equipment, and technical installations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify efficient and safe operation of all areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests while upholding Hyatt service standards.
• Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment condition, reporting major maintenance needs or potential risks.
• Support renovation and improvement projects as assigned.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized state.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, engineering procedures, and health‑safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or a technical role within hospitality or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of English or French; Arabic is an advantage.
