Test Analyst - ETL testing & Data

About the role

We are looking for a Test Analyst to support the Talend‑to‑TIBCO migration, ensuring that all integrations are accurately migrated and operate in line with existing business processes. The role guarantees data integrity, functional accuracy, and release readiness across sprint‑based delivery waves.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for integration jobs, including batch, file‑based, and API processes.
• Validate migrated integrations against existing Talend behavior.
• Perform system and integration testing across multiple environments.
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, completeness and no duplication.
• Support business validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Log, track, and retest defects while supporting triage and prioritisation.
• Produce test summaries to inform go/no‑go decisions.
• Validate deployments and support post‑release testing.
• Maintain test documentation and evidence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Experience in integration or ETL testing.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Understanding of APIs, batch processing and file‑based integrations.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
