Training and Development Expert (m/f/d)

About the role

SEBN Morocco is looking for a Training and Development Expert to develop and maintain its training standards, design and support training programs and help build the capabilities of Plant Team Leaders. Applications must be submitted in English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MA Training and Development standards, methodologies and tools
• Support Plant Team Leaders in turning competency gaps into effective development plans
• Design and support implementation of training and capability-building programs
• Provide expertise on Performance Management and Individual Development Plans
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and development of critical positions
• Develop common leadership and management-development programs
• Support career-path and internal-mobility frameworks
• Analyze training effectiveness and development outcomes
• Build the Training and Development team's capability and share best practices across Plants
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement of Training and Development processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (optional Master's) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development or Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating training programs, and conducting training needs analyses
• Good knowledge of competency, performance and employee development processes
• Fluent in French and Arabic and very good English

Required skills

• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and individual development planning is an advantage
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning solutions is beneficial
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Independent work in an international, cross-functional environment
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
