Trim Developer R&D

About the role

We are looking for a Trim Developer to join our R&D team at the Technopolis Tech Center in Rabat. The role focuses on developing trim covers that meet customer design intent, cost targets and production feasibility while ensuring compliance and robustness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trim covers aligned with design intent, STO and master pattern drawings.
• Create and maintain BOMs, sewing work instructions and set up sewing machines for various seam types.
• Generate Mylar master patterns with detailed annotations and sewing points.
• Collaborate with Trim Engineers, JIT team and internal customers to review designs and resolve issues.
• Perform modifications, re‑work and 5S audits to meet timelines.
• Train plant operators and handle pyrotechnic elements such as airbags where required.

Required profile

• Bac+2 technical degree.
• Strong knowledge of sewing, trimming and trim assembly processes.
• Experience with various sewing machines, joining, twining, decking and piping.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (PDS or similar) and material composition analysis.
• Good analytical mindset, time‑management skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced TDC environment.
• Intermediate English and French communication skills.
