About the role
We are looking for a friendly and dynamic sales associate to join our ice‑cream shop in Salam, Agadir. The role involves serving customers, handling transactions and ensuring a pleasant experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and take ice‑cream orders.
- Prepare and serve ice‑cream portions according to the menu.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and display.
- Collaborate with team members to keep stock levels adequate.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail sales or ice‑cream service is preferred.
- Good personal presentation and a welcoming attitude.
- Energetic, tidy and able to work well in a team.
