Versatile Kitchen Technician

About the role

The Four Seasons Casablanca seeks a versatile Kitchen Technician to ensure the smooth operation of all professional kitchen equipment, minimizing downtime while complying with fluid and gas regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance visits on all site equipment according to contractual schedules.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration units, cold rooms, display cases, ovens, ranges, fryers, sauté stations, and laundry machines.
• Check the tightness of refrigeration circuits and trace fluid movements.
• Conduct controls and adjustments on gas‑connected appliances.
• Install, commission new equipment and participate in routine upkeep and equipment renewal.
• Write intervention reports following standards and manage on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on all electromechanical equipment.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and keep the workplace clean and organized.
• Prioritize tasks, handle emergencies (fire, power outage) and know the appropriate escalation procedures.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time and adhere to quality and safety standards.
