About the role

Marriott International invites recent university graduates to join its Voyage Management Development Program in Food & Beverage Operations, based in Taghazout Bay, Morocco. This full‑time, paid 12‑18 month program immerses participants in real‑world hotel operations while providing leadership training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Champion innovation and contribute ideas to improve hotel processes.
• Manage projects and lead small teams on special initiatives.
• Participate in management meetings and collaborate with global Voyage participants.
• Complete a Voyage project that showcases analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in hotel Food & Beverage operations and leadership.
• Willingness to rotate across disciplines and work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
