About the role
Join the Four Seasons Casablanca Food & Beverage team as a Breakfast Commis de Rang. You will support the breakfast service, ensuring guests enjoy a warm, professional and memorable dining experience in a luxury seaside hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang and Demi Chef de Rang during breakfast service.
- Prepare, set, clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Support buffet setup, replenishment and maintain cleanliness.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and with Four Seasons service standards.
- Keep service stations organized and uphold hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Motivated and service‑oriented with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
