About the role
The Concierge Agent provides personalized guest services, handling special requests and ensuring a memorable stay at our luxury property.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about property amenities, local events, and activities.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and concerns, coordinating with appropriate departments.
- Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training and certifications.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
