Customer Service Operations Coordinator

About the role

BSH Électroménagers is seeking a Customer Service Operations Coordinator to support its Customer Service department. The role bridges customer service, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless order‑to‑cash experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track customer orders from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule shipments.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve incidents, and process claims.
• Participate in invoicing, payment follow‑up, and basic financial reconciliation.
• Maintain data accuracy in SAP and update relevant systems.
• Prepare operational reports and key performance indicators.
• Identify and implement improvements in Customer Service and Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/5) in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar coordination role.
• Good knowledge of supply‑chain and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Basic financial understanding (invoicing, reconciliation, payment tracking).
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (FI module is a plus).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and the broader Office suite.
