Front Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to support the daily operations of our front office in Fnideq, Morocco. The role assists the senior Front Office Manager in overseeing Bell staff, the switchboard and the front desk, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while maintaining high guest and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day front office activities, uphold quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement goals and plans for the Guest Services and Front Desk teams.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes and negotiate solutions.
• Supervise staffing levels to align with service, operational and financial objectives.
• Communicate business objectives to staff, recognize performance and drive results.
• Lead, coach and motivate the front desk team, acting as a role model and ensuring collaborative relationships.
• Step in for the Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager when needed, performing duties across all front office areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, provide guidance to guests, and empower employees to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk or a related area, or a 2‑year degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to lead and influence a team.
• Integrity, honesty and a commitment to leading by example.
• Understanding of how front office operations impact overall property financial performance.
