Logistics Operations Lead

About the role

Ecolab is expanding its Supply Chain team and seeks a Logistics Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. You will partner with 3PL providers, ensure service reliability, and support cost‑efficient logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transportation management, optimizing daily operations with 3PL partners while meeting cost, SLA, and reliability targets.
• Oversee warehouse operations, managing inbound, storage, and outbound flows to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform reconciliations, monitor aging items, and support product availability goals.
• Drive continuous performance improvement, handle escalations, and collaborate closely with planning, customer service, and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain functions.
• Strong background in transportation management and 3PL coordination.
• Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory operations.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and deliver measurable performance improvements.
