About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Advisor to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling real estate properties while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Advise clients on property options that suit their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients and close sales effectively.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property values in Montenegro.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and documentation as required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow‑up.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
