About the role
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our sales and client relations team in Tanger. The role offers hands‑on experience in customer contact, sales support, and service improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Contact clients by phone and assist the sales process.
- Respond to client inquiries submitted through the website.
- Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaires and surveys.
- Maintain follow‑up with customers and help enhance their experience.
- Utilise various IT and office tools required for daily tasks.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with clients on the phone.
- Good command of IT and office tools.
- Dynamic, organized, serious and motivated attitude.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on customer service.
- Any prior experience in sales or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
